This too shall pass.....

I'm going to try to do a better job of staying on topic and pursuing my mission of personal development, spiritual development, and physical development. The many issues and constant fearmongering brought on by-election year have caused me to get caught in a snare and my progress has come to a halt. I love learning and growing and then sharing nutritional knowledge, wellness knowledge, and behavior modification techniques with others. I love seeing people become healthier and happier people. I get my happiness by pursuing things that make me, my family, and other like-minded people happy.

It's silly for me to think I can change anything that I don't have personal control over. I only have control of myself and my own actions.

Consider your weight loss and wellness progress since most of my acquaintances and friends are trying to lose weight or lead more well lives. How much delay has been made in your progress in 2020 because of the constant fake news, msm, and social media?

I for one, am going to refocus my efforts on my goals without the fear, anxiety, and stress that 2020 has caused my family and Shibboleth members.

It is so easy to let life get in the way. Honestly, the way to change the world is not with our words but by letting our life be a light to those around us. People don't want what you have until you are living your best life. The best way to influence others is to live our lives with courage, conviction, and joy that passes understanding.

I can't expand my light or share my light if I am allowing fear to become a trap that halts my progress.

Today, as much as within me, I am going to rededicate myself to myself, my family, and our Shibboleth members.

Well, at least until I see another report about fake COVID numbers. Bahahaha. After all, I am just human.
