This challenge is designed to help you re focus and to garner mometum again. Follow instructions exactly. You should only consider this a successful fast day if you complete this challenge exactly. The Bible encourages us to fast for health reasons and/or spiritual reasons. Your approach with this is up to you. Fasting doesn't always mean to go without food. You may choose this challenge, submit to it and avoid all other "pleasant" food to insure that you regain self control. Enjoy!
