These are the AHS pancakes. I use these a lot. They are so satisfying that I use one packet for my meal rather than two, but two packets is considered a meal and makes a lot of pancakes.
I thin down batter with more egg whites and make crapes out of them. I can get at least 4 from one package. Then I fill them with different Walden Farms fruit speeds and WF syrup. Sooooo good.
My daughter loves having these pancakes w/ tsp. sugar free Hershey's chocolate chips and eggs. This is a great breakfast choice for camping too. (Marmee)
I enjoy the pancakes. It took me a minute to get use to them but now they are my Sunday morning breakfast along with egg whites and spinach! YUM! YUM!
how many pancakes does a packet make?
Shibboleth: 2 - 4 per packet depending on how big you make them :)
One packet is filling for me and I use egg whites vs the water. So quick and easy and paired with SF syrup VERY satisfying! They do taste just like any pancake, no strange taste. Even my husband, non-shibby guy, liked them. They also work ok with water and will also make waffles if that's what you prefer.
