We like Boar's Head Deli meats because they are super lean with less artificial ingredients, nitrates, etc. You can have just about any deli cut Baor's Head meat but be cautious of the sweet ones and watch for the sugar. Make sure each serving has less than 3 grams of sugar.

Dietz and Watson is another great brand from the deli counter.

When buying pre-packaged deli meat, be sure to look for those that are 1.5 grams of fat or less and 3 grams of sugar or less per serving. Hillshire Farms is another brand we like, but there are many that fit this profile.
