Description

You can have diet soda on Shibboleth.  However, during your first 2 weeks, you need to eliminate dark colored sodas and replace with clear ones such as Sprite Zero or Diet Mountain Dew.  Light to no color is better.  However, after the first 2 weeks, all 0 to 5 calorie diet sodas are approved.  

Due to the dehydrating effect of caffeine though, you will need to increase your water intake by the number of ounces of any caffeinated beverage that you drink to replenish any extra fluids lost.
