Description

Any turkey kielbasa that has 50% or less of the calories from fat will work as a category 4.  If the fat calories are not listed on the package, you multiply grams of fat by 9 to get the number of fat calories.  Approved turkey kielbasas are generally -1 WLM due to the number of carbs added to the meat but there are some brands, like Jennie-O, that may work as -2 WLM.
