Description
As a category 6 with a -1 WLM, you can have 3/4 cup as your only protein with or without up to 50 calories of sauce or have 1/2 cup combined with a category 1 or 7 protein with or without up to 50 calories of sauce.
As a category 3 with a 0 WLM meal component, you can have 1/4 cup.
