You can have up to 50 calories of anything as a condiment. You get 50 calories of condiments with each meal but it is best for your condiments to follow the 5, 2, and few rule. 5 grams or less of sugar, 2 grams or less of fat, and use your condiments sparingly. This one does not follow the 5 and 2 rule so it is approved but rated +1 on the Weight loss scale.
