It is always best to choose meats that are organic, free roaming, grass fed, hormone free, etc when eating clean for Phase 4

It is best to use Pacific cod.  Top with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for nice casserole style dish.

 

This food doesn't receive our highest marks for fat loss, but is up there pretty high.  It is awarded our highest numerical value for building the metabolism and is almost awarded our best color score for an optimal meal component.  Remember to follow your bullet-proof shield.  If you add any other cooking fat to this food other than Zero Drag 100% MCT oil or zero calorie cooking sprays then you must treat it as a category 4.  This is particularly important when ordering white fish at a restaurant.
