Description
All Boar's Head, Dietz and Watson, and Private Select lean ham, turkey, chicken, roast beef, and london broil are category 1.
For other meats or other brands, use this formula as a quick reference to all deli meat
Deli Meat Rules:
Cat 1 must be 1.5 grams of fat or less and 5 grams of sugar or less.
Cat 4 deli meat must be 5 grams of fat or less and 5 grams of sugar or less.
For premium lunch meats, like Boar's Head, Dietz & Watson,& Private Select, anything with fat less than 3.5g can be category 1.
