It is preferred that you mix protein shakes with water since it does not add calories. However, you can replace a portion of the water with EWI or a category 1 milk such as Kroger Carbmaster or Fat Free Fairlife if you prefer, so long as total caloires does not go over 300 for a meal replacement and 200 for a snack.
