Since this pasta is a 1 + 2, you can get creative in your pasta recipes!
Total meal portion alone without an added protein is 1 to 1.5 cups. If adding a cat 1 or 4 protein then your serving still needs to fit on 6-8 inch plate or total combined needs to be 1 to 1.5 cups. Anything over 1.5 cups in a serving is going to stretch your stomach. If you want to eat 4 oz approved protein then use about 3/4 to 1 cup of pasta for best weight loss.
