1 Scoop is a light meal or a snack. 

It is preferred that you mix protein shakes with water since it does not add calories.  However, you can replace a portion of the water with EWI or a category 1 milk if you prefer, so long as total calories does not go over 300. 

This protein powder is so delicious and very versatile.  Aside from using it for protein shakes, I also mix 1/2 scoop per 1/2 cup of Triple Zero vanilla yogurt to make a yummy pudding like meal replacement or mix 1/2 scoop with 8 oz warm Kroger Carbmaster to make high protein hot chocolate.
