1 is a Meal Replacement. You can have 1/2 as a snack. Add slightly more water for a deliciously moist muffin, or you can even make them in a skillet as pancakes, in a waffle maker as waffles, or in the oven as cookies. Mighty Muffins are a meal replacement and therefore are a complete meal, so regardless of how you cook them, you shouldn't add anything with calories to them other than maybe a palmful of berries (note that this is an open palmful not a handful). If you are having strawberries, that would be a palmful of cut up strawberries rather than whole berries.
