It is very hard to find alfredo sauce, other than Walden Farms, calorie free alfredo sauce, that follows the 5 and 2 rule for condiments (no more than 5g of sugar and no more than 2g fat per serving). You will do best with weight loss if you stick with condiments that follow these rules.  While "approved condiments" will follow this rule, you can use up to 50 calories of anything as your meal condiment so if you are having trouble finding approved sauce, look for one that at least has no more than 50 calorires per serving. We have added a few to the library that have no more than 50 calories per serving to help you with finding those in the store.
