Description
Must be eaten with egg whites international, Kroger Carbmaster, or fat free Fairlife if having as cereal for a 0 WLM meal. You can improve the nutrition or this meal by adding 1 tbls hemp flakes. Otherwise, you can have the whole box, dry, as a snack.
Nutrition is included here for apple cinnamon but all flavors are approved.
