Description

Excellent alternative to ground beef.  Ground turkey, whether its a category I or IV, is much healthier than beef or pork.  You can substitute these products for any recipe that calls for ground beef.  You can make great tasting burgers or meatloaf or whatever your heart desires.  Very versatile product.  And with this one, an easier taco night.  The meat is already seasoned, add some Shibboleth approved tortillas, salsa or fat free sour cream or both (50 calories worth), or fat free cheese and have some good tacos or burittos.

Just remember, no matter what the food, even if its egg whites, you still need to remember your bullet-proof shield.  Your timing, portion control, combinations, and journaling are your keys to sucess.  Without this, there can be no forward motion.  Category I & II and II & IV are your best combinations for weight loss.  However, if you are maintaining, feel free to incorporate III's and V's into your diet for variety.
