Description
Normally, this would be counted as a category 3 100% whole wheat bread, but it was requested as category 2 so we reluctantly approved it. If you are using it as category 2, it is a +2 WLM compared to other category 2 breads. Otherwise you may use 1 slice as a +1 WLM category 3 bread.
