Description

The instant brand must be Quaker Weight Control.

You can have regular oatmeal and the serving size would be 1/4 to 1/2 cup.

To fit our phase 4 it needs to be all natural steal cut oats with no additives or preservatives. 

Although grains and other category III vegetables are only allowed in small quantities, you are still allowed to have them under proper condiitions of portions and combinations. Category III vegetable will not boost your fat burning efficiency, but they will not stop it either, as long as you adhere to your bullet proof shield.

If you just want a big bowl of oatmeal we recommend the following: 1) 2 packages of the Healthwise Oatmeal at one time. or 2) 1 package of Healthwise oatmeal with 1/4 cup of Steel cut oats with a teaspoon of Ghee Butter. Yummy.
