Description
Using P28 Bagels:
1) You can have 1 whole bagel toasted with 50 calories worth of condiments (fat free cream cheese and sugar free jelly).
2) Take 1 whole bagel, toasted. Then add up to ½ cup of fried egg whites for a great tasting breakfast sandwich.
Using P28 Bread:
1) French Toast: take 2 slices bread and dip into ½ cup of egg whites that have been seasoned with Splenda and Cinnamon (to taste). Place into a heated fry pan on medium heat, fry until golden brown, flip and repeat. When they are finished serve with your favorite sugar free syrup. Option: take half of your condiment calories and add 1oz of Fat Free Cream Cheese to make a stuffed French toast and Walden Farm's Strawberry or Blueberry syrup.
2) Croutons: take 2 slices of bread, spray with Pam and season with some Italian seasonings and place in a 250° oven to toast and dry out. Then take out and cut into squares to make seasoned croutons. You can use these to replace the protein in your salad.
3) French Bread Pizza: take 1 slice of bread and toast it, then add up to 2 tbsp of approved pizza sauce, ¼ cup of Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella cheese, 10 slices approved Pepperoni, and any category 2's you want. Bake in oven until cheese starts to melt and turn light brown.
4) Tomato Sandwich: 2 slice of bread with the Walden Farm's Mayo or the MCT Mayo (recipe is on Shibboleth website) and up 1 whole medium tomato as your condiment.
5) Deli/PB Sandwich: take 1 slice of bread and cut into 2 halves. Add your favorite Deli meat or peanut butter like you normal would.
6) Bananna Sandwich: 2 slice of bread with 1/2 bananna sliced. Option: you can add 1 tsp of peanut butter.
7) Grilled Cheese Sandwich: heat 1 tbsp of MCT Oil in a fry pan on medium. Take 2 slices of bread and spray 1 side of both slices with approved zero calorie spray butter. Lay 1 slice, butter side down, into the pan of MCT. Then place 2 to 3 slices of Kraft Fat Free cheese and top that with the other slice of bread, butter side up. When the bottom slice starts to turn a golden brown flip the sandwich and fry until golden brown. Remove from frying pan and serve. Enjoy!
*One slice of P28 bread is best but 2 is acceptable. It just has a lot of quality calories. Use your own judgement. If you have two slices then make sure it is only with the fat free cheese. If you added 2 tbsp of peanut butter to two slices of P28 bread it would be over kill. More calories in peanut butter.*
