You could use up to 3 oz as a -1 WLM meal replacement, 1 oz as a 0 WLM perfect pairing with any meal that doesn't include a category 3 or 5, or you can have up to 200 calories as a 0 WLM snack. There really isn't any need to have more than 1oz / 24 chips as a snack though so 1 serving is best.
