Description
Nutrition info varies so some flavors are approved as a snack or light meal but others can only be used as a snack. Coconut & Quinoa is not approved for either. Snacks must be less than 200 calories with total protein greater than 30% of the net carbs. Meal replacements must be less than 400 (preferably less than 300) with total protein greater than total net carbs. To find net carbs, subtract fiber and sugar alchohol, if any, from total carbs. You can use up to 50 calories of any of these as a condiment.
WLM for meal replacements is -1 and for snacks is 0.

- Vanilla Bean
- Key Lime
Snack only flavors include:
- Plain Greek
- Strawberry
- Mango
- Blueberry Acai
- Banana
- Apple Cinnamon
- Plain
