Description

Best to only use this in recipes combining a 1 and 2 since it is very high in natural sugar.  Unsweetened apple sauce is not a preferred condiment because it still has a lot of sugar.

Nutrition included is for Great Value brand but any brand of unsweetened apple sauce can be used in the same way.
