Description

Whole Wheat Ritz Crackers are a "weak" category 3, but they are acceptable. They are not the best option, but are often the easiest cracker to spot at the grocery store. If using as a category 3, they must be paired with a category 1 and 2 or 7 and 2.

First, never eat more than 5 Whole Wheat Ritz Crackers. Never eat them alone. For goodness sake, NEVER eat them with peanut butter. Have brancrisp bread with peanut butter.

5 Whole Wheat Ritz crackers with fat free cream cheese and calorie free, sugar free jelly like Walden Farms is acceptable as a snack.

5 Whole Wheat Ritz crackers with a can of tuna packed in water is a perfect pairing meal.

5 Whole Wheat crackers are used in some Shibboleth approved recipes that have enough protein and fiber to slow down blood sugar elevation.
