Description
Whole Wheat Ritz Crackers are a "weak" category 3, but they are acceptable. They are not the best option, but are often the easiest cracker to spot at the grocery store. If using as a category 3, they must be paired with a category 1 and 2 or 7 and 2.
First, never eat more than 5 Whole Wheat Ritz Crackers. Never eat them alone. For goodness sake, NEVER eat them with peanut butter. Have brancrisp bread with peanut butter.
