- 1 tbls MCT oil
- 4 slices Shibboleth High Protein Brown Bread
- 1 avocado, halved & pitted
- 1 tbls lemon juice
- 3.5 oz of smoked salmon
- bean sprouts to garnish
- salt & pepper, to taste
