Beef, Green Chili and Tomato Stew

Ingredients
- 1 tbls MCT oil
- 3 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 onions, chopped
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes, with juice
- 2 (4 oz) cans green chile peppers, drained
- 1 (12 oz) can approved lite beer
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbls worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- Prepare Time: 20 min
- Cook Time: 150 min
