Brenda's Christmas Tree Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) pkg ff or low fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp Accent
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 ounces (1 package) of Corned Beef
  • 6 green onions, stems only, chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley leaves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 slice Cabot extra light Cheddar Cheese
  • Prepare Time: 25 min

Description

Get ready for those Christmas get togethers. Beautiful presentation and delicious as well. Can also be formed into a wreath. Brenda uses Carl Buddig Corned Beef but it is outside of the approved item list, so she said you could use the Carl Buddig Smoked Sliced Turkey. If you use the Dietz & Watson's Extra Lean Corned Beef that would be even better.
