- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced small
- 1 tbls Bob's Red Mill TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein) or Brancrisp Sprinkles
- 1/2 cup Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbls lemon juice
- 2 tbls Zero Drag 100% MCT Oil
- 2 tsp dried basil
- Sea salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
