Ingredients

- ¾ cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 4 ounces fat free cream cheese
- ¼ cup powdered xylitol, sifted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons Carbmaster milk
- Cake:
- 1 cup water
- 6 ounces ghee butter + 1 tablespoon for greasing the pan
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder +2 tablespoons for dusting the pan
- 1 heaping tablespoon instant espresso powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups Carbquik flour
- 1 ½ cups xylitol
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup fat free sour cream
- Shiny Peanut Butter Chocolate Glaze:
- ½ cup Carbmaster milk
- 1 tablespoon xylitol
- 2 tablespoons Walden Farms pancake syrup
- ¼ cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 4 ounces sugar free chocolate
