Carbquik Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups Carbquik
- 2 cups Sugar substitute
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup MCT Oil
- 2 teaspoons organic white vinegar
- 2 cups cold water
- Prepare Time: 20 min
- Cook Time: 30 min
Description
This is a very moist chocolate cake that doesn't work well as a layered cake but tastes good. The carbquick makes sifting a challenging so sift as best you can and then dump the rest of it in mix.
