- 1 each of red and green bell peppers, cut into strips
- 3 tablespoons of Bragg's Liquid Aminos
- 8 oz can bamboo shoots, drained

- ¼ cup chicken broth
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ onion, cut into wedges
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breast
