Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free chicken broth
- 1 8oz package button mushrooms, quartered
- 1 lb skinned and boned chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Carbquik
- 2 fresh sage sprigs
- 2 Tbsp cup MCT, DIVIDED
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
- 2 Tbsp. Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
