Chocolate Sauerkraut Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Ghee Butter (softened)
- 1.5 Cup Artificial Sweetener (we used PureCane all-natural, no calorie sweetener)
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups Almond flour or Fiber Gourmet Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 can (8oz) canned sauerkraut, drained and rinsed with water
- 1 cup water
- Prepare Time: 15 min
- Cook Time: 35 min
Description
This cake has a coconut-like texture. Your guests will never know they are having saurkraut! We used a combination of marshmallow creme and sugar free vanilla frosting. (50:50 ratio)
