  • 1/2 cup Ghee Butter (softened)
  • 1.5 Cup Artificial Sweetener (we used PureCane all-natural, no calorie sweetener)
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups Almond flour or Fiber Gourmet Flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 can (8oz) canned sauerkraut, drained and rinsed with water
  • 1 cup water

Description

This cake has a coconut-like texture. Your guests will never know they are having saurkraut! We used a combination of marshmallow creme and sugar free vanilla frosting. (50:50 ratio)
