- Dry yeast 1.5 TBSP
- Kosher salt 1.5 TBSP
- Warm Water 3 Cups

Description
Easy homemade bread with ancient grain and no sugar. The original recipe called for unbleached all purpose, but I subbed spelt flour. I use my kitchen aid mixer to mix and knead, so super easy., These freeze really well if you only want to use one at a time and are amazing warm from the oven.
