- 1 category 2 tortilla
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
- 1-2 tbls approved pizza sauce
- 1/2 bell pepper (optional)
- salt & pepper, to taste

- Cook Time: 5 min
Description
This is a quick and easy breakfast pizza. The pizza could cook in the air fryer or toaster oven too. I added cilantro for a little extra flare.
