- 1 tbsp MCT Oil
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 1/4 cup grated Low Fat Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Prepare Time: 15 min
- Cook Time: 10 min
