Ingredients

- 1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 6 (6 oz) tilapia fillets, thawed and patted dry
- ¼ cup pitted and chopped kalamata olives
