- 1 (14 oz.) cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 cup fat free chicken broth
- 1 jalapeño, seeds and ribs removed, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 (8 oz.) package fat-free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 tablespoon ground cumin
- fresh cilantro, garnish
- greek plain yogurt, garnish
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
