Ingredients
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 slice category 2 bread (without crust) torn into small pieces
- 1/3 cup Great Value grated Italian style blend (1/3 less fat)
- 8 ounces 96% or better lean ground turkey breast
- 3 Butterball Sweet Italian turkey links casings removed
- Freshly ground pepper
- 12 cups low sodium fat free chicken stock
- 10-12 ounce fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1 large egg (yolk and white separated)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
