Ingredients
- 1 cup of lentils
- 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese
- 4 egg whites (or 1/2 cup of egg whites)
- 4 Tbsp of MCT oil
- 1 Tbsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of Kosher salt
- To taste of black pepper
- Prepare Time: 15 min
- Cook Time: 40 min
Description
Can be topped with whatever spices/veggies you want. The mini loaves could possibly be used for a sandwich.
