- 2 large bell peppers, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced *optional
- 1 lb. 96% lean ground beef
- 3 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons green chiles
- 1 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 package frozen Cauliflower Rice
- 1/2 cup fat free mozzarella shredded cheese, or use part or all of your 1/4 cup of cheese dip on your portion as your extra
