- 1/2 cup finely minced onion

- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 (8 oz. can) fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 4 tbsps parsley
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsps almond flour
