  • 1/2 lbs. cooked crabmeat (approved imitation crab meat is acceptable, but real crabtastes best)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 tsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup Kraft fat free mayo
  • 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
