Ingredients
- 1 lbs. cooked shrimp - peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lbs. cooked crabmeat (approved imitation crab meat is acceptable, but real crabtastes best)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tsp. chopped pimento
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup Kraft fat free mayo
- 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
