- 1/4 Cup Egg Whites
- 1/4 Cup FF or RF Cottage Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Carbquik Baking Mix
- Prepare Time: 2 min
- Cook Time: 5 min
Description
Makes 8” waffle which is 1-2 servings I adapted this recipe from the original Carbquik Waffle Recipe. The original recipe is made using approved FF milk but the batter was too runny and ran out of the sides of my waffle maker. So I substituted the cottage cheese for the milk and the thicker batter is not runny and you would never know there is cottage cheese in the baked waffle. Waffle is delicious and very satisfying as is the original recipe. Category: 1+2
