- 1 roll (about 30) Ritz whole wheat crackers , crushed
- 1 cup fat free cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1tbsp. 0 calorie Spray butter
- salt to taste (1/2 tsp suggested)
- pepper or to taste (1/2 tsp suggested)
- Pinch of garlic
- 1/2 cup Fage plain yogurt
