- 1 can (6 ounces) tuna, packed in water, drained
- 2 stalks scallions, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Zero Drag 100% MCT Oil
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 avocado, peeled and diced thin
- 1/2 roma tomato, diced
- 3 large romaine lettuce leaves
